If the selected product does not fit or you want to replace it with another model, you can make an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Exchange is possible provided that the product:
- has not been used;
- has retained its original appearance and consumer properties;
- has no signs of wear or damage;
- has all original labels, tags and dimensions.
After receiving the product at our warehouse we carefully check its condition. If all conditions are met, we promptly process the exchange and send you the selected product.
