Public offer contract

This document is an official public offer (offer) in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and defines the terms of purchase and sale of goods through the online store https://treskare.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

Placing an order on the Site means full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this Offer by the Buyer.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller sells men’s clothing through the Site.
1.2. All legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice. The current version is posted on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The name, characteristics, price and availability of the goods are indicated on the Site.

3. Placing an order

3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently through the Site.
3.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives confirmation by electronic or telephone communication.
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of absence of goods or indication of incorrect data.

4. Price and payment procedure

4.1. Prices for goods are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.
4.2. Payment is made by the methods available on the Site at the time of placing the order.
4.3. The moment of payment is considered the crediting of funds to the Seller’s account or confirmation of successful payment by the payment system.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine by delivery services specified on the Site.
5.2. Delivery terms and costs are determined in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions and are communicated to the Buyer when placing an order.
5.3. The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of receipt of the goods.

6. Return and exchange

6.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
6.2. Return is possible provided that the product appearance, consumer properties and the invoice document are preserved.
6.3. The refund is made within the period established by law after receipt and inspection of the goods.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays due to the fault of the carrier or for the provision of inaccurate data by the Buyer.

8. Personal data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
